Bible Money Matters was launched over 2 and a half years ago and since then I have strived to make it one of the top destinations on the web for great writing in the Christian finance niche. I’ve aimed to make the site useful for Christians and non-Christians alike, and for the most part I believe we’ve been successful.
Starting a year or so ago I decided to start bringing on new staff writers to help give the site a bit more diversity of opinion, writing style and to help give the site a fresh take on the topic I hold so dear. We’ve had several great writers come and go here on the site, and we currently have two great writers continuing to contribute great content week in and week out – Jason Topp and John Frainee. To check out some of their posts, check out the links below.
New Staff Writer – Paul Williams
Today I am announcing the addition of another staff writer to the site, Paul Williams of Provident Plan. Paul has been writing his great personal finance blog for some time (subscribe here), and I’ve always been a fan of his clear biblical message, and his sound financial advice. When a spot opened up here for a staff writer on Bible Money Matters, I knew I had to ask him to come on board.
A couple of weeks ago I asked Paul to join us, and he graciously accepted my invitation to write several articles on the site every month. I look forward to reading all of his posts in the coming months. In fact, Paul’s first post launches later this morning, and it’s a challenging one – so stay tuned!
Please join me in welcoming Paul to Bible Money Matters!

Thanks for the great intro, Peter! I’m really excited about writing on Bible Money Matters and hope to bring some great content to your readers. Thanks again for the opportunity!!!
Jason Topp says
Very cool. Great addition Pete – I love Paul’s writing and the fact that he doesn’t pull any punches when it comes to being passionate about his relationship w/ Christ.
Paul Williams says
Thanks for the kind words, Jason! I’m a big fan of your writing as well even if I don’t always leave a comment. I appreciate the honesty you have in sharing the Gospel and Biblical truth about finances. I pray neither of us will ever lose our passion for Christ!

Paul . . . welcome to the BibleMoneyMatters team! I’m excited to meet you and be introduced to your writing! It’s especially encouraging that you aren’t afraid to proclaim the name of Jesus the Messiah! Looking forward to working beside you as a brother in Christ.
Great addition Peter!
Paul Williams says
Hey, John! Thanks for the welcome. I’m looking forward to working alongside you as well. I’m not sure how I missed adding you to my RSS feeder or blogroll, but I’ve fixed that now!

Paul,
Thanks for taking the time to contribute to BMM. I think we can all get an all you can read buffet selection of Paul Williams articles online. Very cool.
Paul Williams says
Haha, Craig! I hope it’s a high class buffet. I’ve never been a big fan of buffets myself. :)
I’m having to push myself to write more with the staff positions, but I think it’ll be worth it. I’m excited to have these opportunities, both here and on Money Help for Christians (and Money Crashers, too)!
